As a Community Land Trust (CLT), we act as responsible stewards of land and housing.
Any income generated through our schemes is reinvested directly back into Soham, supporting new homes, improving shared spaces, and building a stronger local economy. This model ensures that what we create today continues to benefit local people tomorrow.
We believe sustainability starts at the community level. Our approach prioritises environmentally responsible design, renewable energy use, and efficient housing solutions — helping to reduce costs for residents while protecting the planet for future generations.
